Home on the Range


This summer has been characterized by lots of experiments. Notably my experiment of raising chickens for meat. These birds have grown to maturity faster than my garden vegetables!


I also experimented with carbonating my homemade ginger beer with yeast. Overall, the results were delicious - though I lost one bottle to an explosion (an explosion so violent the entire bottle erupted out! And then my entire kitchen was sticky)
